What’s One Call Now, and How Does It Benefit Me?

One Call Now is a product that Columbus First Bank has implemented to provide an opportunity to instantly communicate informational or emergency messages to our customers. These messages will be sent to you via Text Messaging, if you choose to opt-in to the service.

This service gives Columbus First Bank a way to communicate to our customers so that you can be made aware of certain issues that could disrupt your daily banking business. Columbus First Bank will only send these types of notifications if outages to banking systems (e.g. Debit Card, Online Banking, etc.) are affected for an extended period of time, which would directly impact our customers.


First Time Users

On the website banner, select the text that says “Click Here to Update Info for Messaging Notifications”. This will direct you to the secure One Call Now web page Self-Update Portal where you can add your contact information, phone numbers, and email addresses. Since you are a first time user you will want to select the “Sign Up” button. Next, you will need to complete your contact information and click “Save”. Make sure to select the “Receive Text Message” box before saving if you want to enable this feature.


Existing Users

If you are an existing user, you will need to select the text from the website banner that says “Click Here to Update Info for Messaging Notifications”. This will direct you to the secure One Call Now web page Self-Update Portal where you can add or update any of your contact information, such as phone numbers and/or email addresses. You will need to provide the Email Address and Password that you used during the initial setup of your account to access your personal Self-Update Portal. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to select the “Forgot password?” hyperlink and follow the instructions. Once you have provided the current Email Address and Password, select “Sign In” to enter your personal Self-Update Portal and make any necessary changes to your contact information.


Text Alert Messages

Text Alert Messages are simply alerts and messages delivered to you via SMS text messaging.  The One Call Now service allows Columbus First Bank to quickly send you these text messages when pertinent information is required to be communicated.


Research indicates we check our phone on average 1,500 times a week.

People are inundated with information today, so signing up for mobile notification is the best way to cut through the noise. By enrolling in this service it will enable you to instantly receive important bank messages from Columbus First Bank.


Text Opt-Out

How To Opt-Out

If you would like to stop receiving these text messages, you can opt-out by texting the word Stop to 22300 from your cell phone. Text messages will be disabled to your number if you choose to opt-out of text messaging. (You can opt-in again at any time by texting Alert to 22300.)
